Nutrition for Less understands that getting your items on time is important. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible while providing the lowest shipping rates available.
For heavier weights or large package sizes, please contact us as additional fees may apply. If any extra charges apply to your order, a member of our team will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping company, region, city, or country. The shipping and delivery period will be indicated during order placement. Please note that holidays and special occasions may impact delivery times, and these timelines may be modified on our site without prior notice.
Customs & International Shipments
The consignee is responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred when shipping across borders. Local authorities may inspect and verify the shipment to ensure product safety and customer well-being. These measures are in place for your benefit. Any legal or customs fees outside the UAE must be covered by the consignee.
International shipments may require identification documents (such as an ID card, passport, or other proof of identity) for customs processing. If the shipment is rejected by customs, it is the consignee's responsibility.
Business Days
Business days are Sunday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday are not business days.
Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Policy
- Outside City Limits: We may arrange for your order to be delivered to the nearest branch in your city. The customer must pick up the order within 3 business days, or it will be returned.
- 3rd Party Couriers: Customers may arrange their own 3rd party courier for delivery, and we will coordinate shipment handling.
- Western Areas & Remote Locations: Deliveries may take longer than the standard timeframe. Remote area shipments may be handled by 3rd party couriers, and additional charges may apply.
ID Requirement at Delivery
Nutrition for Less may request a valid ID copy or picture to verify identity during delivery. If we cannot verify the information, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

Free Shipping/Delivery Policy
Limited-time free shipping offers may apply across products on the website, subject to exclusions.
- Excluded products will not have a Free Delivery label.
- Clearance products will also not be eligible for free shipping.
- If an order contains both free delivery and non-free delivery items, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit free shipping offers on orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
