Return Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order and exchanges within 5 days.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed since receiving your order, we cannot process a refund.
  • If more than 5 days have passed, we cannot process an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Clearance products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank account details for the refund.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—processing may take time.
  • Contact your bank—refunds often take a few days to process.

Shipping & Return Fees

  • Initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued after deducting return shipping fees.

Returns During Shipping Process

  • If you request a return while your order is in transit, we must confirm with the courier.
  • If the courier approves, return fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the courier does not approve, the order cannot be canceled.
